Send a brief, or just ask a question.

Tell us what you sell, who buys it, and what should be different in six months. Scoopsrescueservices replies within one working day, from a person, not an autoresponder. You can also call +65 6274 5901 during office hours or visit us at 108 Robinson Road.

We read every brief. If you would rather write in your own document, email it to hello@scoopsrescueservices.com with the same facts: what you sell, who buys it, and what should change.

What happens after you send

4 steps

What happens after you send

The form goes to a mailbox that people in this office read. There is no ticket robot and no overnight “we have received your enquiry” template. If you sent after 18:30 Singapore time, or on a Saturday or Sunday, the working-day clock starts the next weekday morning. If the message is missing the basics — what you sell, who buys it, what should change — we will still reply, and that reply will ask for those facts before we invent a fee.

Within one working dayA person writes back. If the brief is clear, that note will include a suggested engagement shape and times for a 45-minute meeting. If it is still a fog, we will ask the missing questions rather than guessing a fee.
The first meeting (45 min)On Robinson Road or on a video call. Not billed. You will meet Mira, and the relevant lead if the work is clearly in one discipline. We decide together whether there is a fit. Bring the last report you trusted, even if it is a spreadsheet.
A short information requestAccess, current spend, brand or legal rules, and whether accounts are in your name. This is what lets us quote a band you can take to finance. We will not ask for passwords in email; we will send an access checklist.
A written proposalShape, fee band, what we need from you to start, and a first-ship sketch. If we are the wrong studio, we will say so in the meeting. A declined brief still gets a civil note, not silence.

Office & hours

Scoopsrescueservices is at 108 Robinson Road, #07-03, Robinson 108, Singapore 068900. Monday–Friday 09:00–18:30. Saturday by appointment. Sunday closed. The map in the footer is the same pin. If you are visiting, write or call so we can meet you in the lobby; Robinson 108 is a working building and the lift lobby is easier with a host. Lift access runs from the lobby to #07-03. If you need any other access arrangement, write ahead and we will plan the visit with you, including extra time between the street and the floor.

Nearest MRT stations are Tanjong Pagar and Telok Ayer, both a short walk. Robinson Road street parking is limited during the day; use the building’s visitor bays and check in for #07-03. Phone +65 6274 5901 if you are delayed. We keep the office as a studio. You may hear an edit or a stand-up in the next room. That is ordinary. We can book a quiet room for a confidential conversation, and we will not put your organisation’s name on a list that other visitors can read in reception.

Mutual NDAs can be signed before you sit down. We would rather delay a conversation by a day than have you carry sensitive files through a shared table. If your legal team needs to send paper first, email it to hello@scoopsrescueservices.com with a subject that says it is an NDA. Saturday appointments are for people who cannot do a weekday; they are still 45 minutes, still not billed, and still with the people who would do the work. Sunday the office is closed and the mailbox waits until Monday.

Other ways to reach us

Email hello@scoopsrescueservices.com for briefs, existing-account questions, data requests, and applications. Attach a PDF if that is easier than the form; include the same four facts we ask for on this page. Phone +65 6274 5901 during Monday–Friday 09:00–18:30 for urgent media pauses and visit logistics. After hours the voicemail is checked the next working morning. Do not use voicemail for a brief you need answered overnight. International callers should use the +65 country code; local callers can use 6274 5901.

We do not use messaging apps for briefs. A “running five minutes late” note can go by SMS to the number we give you for a booked visit. Scope, price, files, and approvals belong in email or in the form so there is a record both sides can find. If an existing account needs a same-day pause on paid media, call the office line and say it is a pause; do not bury it in a long thread. We will confirm the pause in email afterwards so finance and the next stand-up can see it.

Press, suppliers and specialists who want to introduce themselves can use the same address. Tell us who you are and what you actually do. A useful note is read. A newsletter blast is not. Data protection requests are handled as described on the privacy note and should be marked as such in the subject line so they do not sit in the brief queue. Applications for work go to the same inbox; see the hiring note on the team page. We reply to people we meet. We do not keep a silent talent pool as a courtesy fiction.
