Who we are
Scoopsrescueservices is a marketing agency at 108 Robinson Road, #07-03, Robinson 108, Singapore 068900. This website is scoopsrescueservices.com. When this note says “we”, it means that organisation. We handle personal data when you send a brief, visit the office, or work with us. We do not claim a privacy certification, and we do not publish a registration or tax identifier here. If a signed engagement letter gives a more specific instruction about a dataset you asked us to process, that instruction governs that dataset.
What we collect
From the brief form we collect name, email, optional company name, optional phone number, service interest, budget range, and the message you write, plus the time the form was opened (used only as a spam check) and a hidden field that should stay empty. We also collect the fact that you ticked the consent box. Server logs may include an IP address, browser type, and the page requested, which our hosting provider in Singapore keeps as part of keeping the site up.
Email to hello@scoopsrescueservices.com, calls to +65 6274 5901, and visits to Robinson Road produce the obvious records: the message, the number, a visitor name. During an engagement we hold business contact details, comments on drafts, and access you give us to accounts in your organisation’s name. We do not buy lists, scrape personal data for our own ads, or take payment cards through this site. Cookies are described on the cookie note; the only choice cookie we set is src_consent.
How we use it
We use brief details to reply, to decide fit, to quote, and to keep a record of what was asked. We use account contacts to send drafts, book meetings, report, and administer tools in your name. Visit notes tell us who is in the building. Logs help us find faults. The consent cookie stops the banner repeating. We do not sell personal data, and this site does not run a newsletter. Under the Personal Data Protection Act, inbound briefs are handled for the purpose you would expect — a reply — with the consent given on the form. Client work is handled to perform the engagement. Logs are kept for security. A new purpose would need a new ask.
Who we share with
People inside Scoopsrescueservices see briefs on a need-to-know basis. Specialists we brief for a named task — a translator, a printer, a presenter — see only what that task requires, and they are bound to keep it confidential. Hosting for this website is in Singapore. Email is delivered through ordinary mail systems; we cannot promise that a message you send will never transit another country, which is the nature of email.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics may process usage data as described on the cookie note. That is optional. We do not share brief contents with advertising platforms. We will disclose data if Singapore law requires it, and we will keep a record of the request where we are allowed to. If a client asks us to add a colleague to an account workspace, we treat that as an instruction from the organisation that owns the workspace.
How long we keep it
Unsuccessful briefs are kept for up to 18 months, then deleted from working files. Engagement records last for the life of the work and for the period needed for accounts and handover, typically up to seven years where invoices are involved. Tool access is removed when we leave, as described on the capabilities page. Lists you asked us to operate stay in platforms you own. Server logs rotate on the host’s schedule.
Your rights
The Personal Data Protection Act gives individuals rights of access and correction, and a right to withdraw consent where consent is our basis. You may ask us to stop contacting you, and you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission. Write to us with a name and the email you used. We will say what we hold unless an exception in the Act applies. We will correct what is wrong. If withdrawing consent means we cannot continue an engagement, we will say so. A brief is read by a person; a quote is written by a person.

Send data requests to hello@scoopsrescueservices.com with a subject line that says it is a data request, so it does not sit in the new-brief queue. We aim to reply within 30 days, sooner when the request is simple. This note is effective in 2026. If we change it in a way that affects how we use data we already hold, we will post the new version here and, where the change is material, we will email the people we are still in an active engagement with.
