Mira Tan
Managing Partner & strategy lead
Mira owns the argument of an account: the position, the roadmap, and the quarterly decision about what continues. She chairs discovery and the re-plan, and she is the person you write to if the work is drifting. On a full programme she will not traffic ads or cut films; she will make sure the people who do are working from the same page. Clients meet her in the first conversation, not after a month of account executives.
Her craft is commercial language. She has spent her career sitting with founders, partners and category leads who already know how to sell, and helping them write that knowledge so a designer and a media buyer can use it. She is impatient with strategy that cannot survive a sales call, and equally impatient with a burst of activity that has no spine. At Scoopsrescueservices she is building the practice she wanted as a buyer: one team, written plans, named owners.
On your account she will read the product, pressure-test claims, and keep the 90-day plan honest when a new idea appears in week five. She joins the monthly review when the numbers suggest a strategy problem rather than an execution one. If Scoopsrescueservices is the wrong fit, she would rather say so on the first call than staff a theatre proposal.
